Lounge bar, such a glamorous spot

In contrast with the calm of the rooms and suites, the Pershing Hall’s lounge bar opens its doors at 6pm and takes guests until 2am.
A glamorous hotspot, here you bump into Parisians and an international clientele who appreciate its friendly atmosphere and its extensive cocktail and champagne menu.

Champagne and cocktails

For a little while or for an evening, the lounge bar is supported by lovers of and connoisseurs of great champagne, who meet at the champagne bar to choose from among the fifty-something vintages with the unique sparkling personalities of the biggest houses: Pommery, Piper-Heidsieck, Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin, Henriot, Mumm, Dom Pérignon, Moët & Chandon, Ruinart, Krug, Palmes d'Or, Billecart Salmon, Bollinger, Perrier-Jouët.

Cocktail lovers are also catered for, with a choice of original cocktails with evocative names: the Name of the Rose with fresh rose petals, the SparklingLalique with Krug champagne served in a Lalique glass, or the SexyStar: a mix of vodka, champagne, passion fruit juice and... shh, it’s the mixologist’s secret.

Dishes to share

The lounge bar also offers non-alcoholic cocktails as well as delicious and original “Desires” from the menu to snack on and share in a friendly ambiance between after-work drinks and evening buffet, on a deep sofa or within the intimacy of one of the open balconies which overlook the restaurant.
