Restaurant open 7 days a week
The beating heart of the Pershing Hall, the restaurant harbours a lush vertical garden, which extends and blooms thirty metres high and ten metres wide underneath a gigantic glass roof which is opened up to the Paris sky when the weather turns fine. At its feet, the plush restaurant spreads out, where every detail inspires confidence: enormous curtains of glass beads, characterful lamps, Murano glass vases, carmine red mirrors... The ambiance, which invites you to have a gourmet, foodie interlude, is suited to romantic tête-à-têtes and to working or business meetings all day long.

The restaurant’s cuisine divides the menu into “Desires”, “Pleasures” and “Temptations” and there is a "lunchtime menu" offered from Monday to Friday. A range of recipes and dishes blending French and Asian cuisines with daring and delicious culinary inventions. |
The Pershing Hall’s restaurant offers a menu which varies according to the changing seasons with original creations made from exceptional fresh produce chosen by the Chef and cooked in-house. Here, cuisines from elsewhere rub shoulders with traditional French gastronomy and sometimes certain classic dishes are reinterpreted, sprinkled with a delicate Asian influence. |
