This is a unique place where the ambience and light change throughout the day, evening and night. Its Patio, opening out on to the vertical garden by Patrick Blanc, is divided into private areas ideal for breakfast and for business lunches, which become a “popular and trendy” venue when the lounge bar opens at 6 pm where you are able to enjoy a romantic dinner or a moment of fun with friends. The restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday from 7am to 2am and on Sunday and Monday from 7am to 1am.

The restaurantpershing menu changes constantly and offers the right balance between traditional French cuisine and the inspiration of cuisine open to flavours from around the world. Every week, in a peaceful and elegant atmosphere, the Chef creates new culinary surprises which follow the seasons. The wine menu is balanced and includes a large selection of wines from many top wineries to ensure constant quality for a demanding clientele. All the wine-making regions are to be found there. There are also some outstanding and rare vintages.
More than a restaurant, Pershing Hall is a destination in itself!
Its atmosphere changes according to the time of the day: peace and tranquillity for breakfast; discretion and harmony for lunch; soothing and convivial in the afternoon and, finally, festive and elegant in the evening. The pershinghall also offers a delicate and varied buffet lunch served on the patio every Sunday from 11.30 am to 4.30 pm

Cosy and warm, the pershinghall Bar & Lounge, a unique place, offers a large selection of champagne, great wines and an original cocktail menu which make it one of the trendiest venues in the capital.
The pershinghall lounge also offers a snack menu to be enjoyed with cocktails that are as surprising as they are delicious. An entertaining and chic way to end the day, a mixture between an after-work drink and a pre-dinner aperitif to be enjoyed with friends or colleagues.
When the weather is fine, the glass roof covering the terrace is opened allowing you to take advantage of a novel space (open to smokers), without equal in Paris, which combines the comfort of an indoor room and the charm of an outdoor atmosphere.
The Lounge Bar is open everyday from 6pm to 1am.
